Armour Joint Mono Pour Systems:
CANZAC Armour Joint Mono-Pour System is designed for a continuous pour. It comes pre-assembled with dowels. It can also be used as an edge form.
FOR HEAVY LOADS
CANZAC® Floor Joint System is used for floors that have to endure heavy loads. The system can be delivered uncoated, primed, hot galvanised or stainless. The Speed Plate dowels are normally delivered uncoated or galvanised. The metal profile is normally galvanised sheet metal, and the system manufactured in 3 metre lengths.

DESCRIPTION OF SYSTEM
CANZAC® Floor Joint System makes floor construction faster and easier. With adjustable permanent formwork, you can make functionally reliable joint solutions.
Expansion joints act as casting moulds, the necessary dowel and steel edges have already been attached to them. The profile of one side has been attached so that it comes loose from the other profile as the floor contracts. The Dowels transfer the loads as the slab contracts and gives important lateral (or sideways) movement.
CANZAC® Floor Joint System protects against long term damage. Being permanent formwork, it does away with the usual work associated with forming and stripping. It only takes a few minutes to align – level – fix and then the joint protects against broken edges from day one and the life of the slab.
