 The AccuScreed Driver
Our patented high-strength Driver is the key to the AccuScreed System. This is made from a solid piece of case hardened steel. It is also nickel plated for extended use and supreme durability. The design eliminates the need of measuring while setting screed.
 The AccuScreed Yoke
Yokes are injection molded for exact duplication. Made of super tough nylon, they are lightweight yet virtually unbreakable.
Due to high labor costs, it is most cost effective to leave the yokes in the pour; however, they may be reused.
 The AccuScreed Nut
This 5/8" Nut is made of nylon and provides superior fine tune adjustments when pouring over wood or steel decks, prestressed concrete and when re-surfacing existing floors.

Increases Speed
One person can set several locations in the same time it takes to set one location using other methods of setting screed. In any type of subgrade, AccuScreed/MegaScreed sets in seconds, not minutes.
 Improves Accuracy
AccuScreed/MegaScreed is an inexpensive system that gives SUPERFLAT results: SUPERFLAT = FF100/FL50. Results are better than the ASTM standard of 1/8" deviation in 10'. Super Flatness Example: A 2,600 Sq. Ft. floor was poured using AccuScreed, and the total deviation of the pour equaled less than 3/64"!
Gives a Better Finish
Because of a faster and flatter laydown when using AccuScreed/MegaScreed, you will achieve a better finish without pockets caused by stake removal, or low spots from wet screeding. This allows the Contractor to pour with less slump, which increases concrete strength and decreases required finishing time.

THE ACCUSCREED WAY...1...2...3...4 :
 1. Once the finished elevation of concrete has been determined with a laser or string line, position a 12" to 16" length of EMT conduit on the subgrade at the strikeoff point. The length of conduit may vary due to depth of concrete and/or condition and type of subgrade. Sand may require 2' or more.
 2. Insert the AccuScreed Driver into the conduit. Using a soft faced or a Dead Blow Hammer, strike the top of the Driver until the height marker aligns with the laser or string line.
 3. Remove the Driver and insert the AccuScreed Yoke into the conduit. Regardless of the angle of cut or the degree of rotation, the Yoke will maintain the exact position as indicated by the height marker. Repeat this same procedure for each screed location.
 4. Set the 1-1/4" ID,1-5/8" OD screed pipe on top of the Yoke and you are ready to pour. The top of the screed pipe will precisely match the strikeoff point! It's simple, fast and convenient!
