SINAK S-102™ curing is designed as a replacement for all forms of traditional wet cure methods such as blankets, ponding, plastic sheeting, etc. and is as convenient to apply as the less effective membrane forming curing compounds conforming to ASTM C-309.

S-102™ was formulated to cure concrete, and provide consistent “controlled” results even in the most adverse environments. Its capabilities are demonstrated by the results of extensive laboratory and field testing.
HOW SINAK S-102™WORKS
SINAK S-102™ works by penetrating concrete and reacting with the soluble calcium compounds within to form additional calcium silicate, a major factor in sound, healthy concrete. These reactions slow the escaping water, aiding the curing process. This significantly reduces hairline cracking and micro-cracking. The appearance and surface of the treated concrete is unaffected, and there is no surface coating or film that can be worn or weathered away.

THE END RESULT
Concrete cured with SINAK S-102™ is protected against chloride penetration on traffic-bearing and nontraffic surfaces, surface scaling, and freeze-thaw damage. The treated surface is more resistant to abrasion and dusting. Treated surfaces are compatible with bond-breakers, paints, flooring materials, staining processes, resinous coatings, patching, crack and joint materials. No other Cure Process can demonstrate these capabilities |
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SINAK S-102™ is a water-based liquid with a proprietary formula in solution. It requires no mixing, diluting or agitating. Color: water clear; Specific Gravity: 1.1; Net Weight per gal: 9.2 lbs; Dry Solids Content (by weight): 11.1%; Flash Point: none; Toxicity: non-toxic; VOC: contains NO volatile organic compounds or solvents.
COVERAGE
Coverage rate usually ranges between 650 to 800 square feet per gallon for hard troweled surfaces (finished application). Rates vary due to substrate and environmental conditions. See Product Information Sheet for more details.
APPLICATION
S-102™ is applied using a low-pressure tank-type or airless sprayer. All treated areas must then be sprayed with a water-coat. See label or Product Information Sheet for detailed instructions.
TESTING Testing of SINAK S-102™ is the most comprehensive in the industry and has been conducted with two primary objectives: (1) to establish and prove superior performance; and (2) to ensure a close and consistent correlation between laboratory and field results. |
