Liquid Hammer

The Best Way to Remove Concrete Build up!
Now you can solve the major problems associated with cleaning concrete equipment using a fast-working and safe product. Liquid Hammer® is the first non-corrosive cleaning compound designed specifically to remove build-up from concrete hauling, handling and finishing equipment. The chemical does all the hard work for you – and your equipment comes out clean, without any chipping or hammering.

REMOVES
  • Concrete, Cement, Grout, Hard Water Deposits, Mortar, Mud, Plaster, Lime and lime scale.
USE ON
  • Bare steel, Aluminium, Fibreglass, Brass, Copper, Plastic, Glass, and on most painted surfaces.

Liquid Hammer is a water based and environmentally friendly chemical, for cleaning concrete and mortar off your machines, vehicles and tools. It can safely remove cement-based materials from almost any surface.

Liquid Hammer is not corrosive, making it safer for the user and equipment – even sensitive engine components can be cleaned without fear of damage.

The unique acid-free formula is absorbed by the concrete surface and breaks it back down into a paste that you can brush or wash off.

Liquid Hammer can be applied as foam, as well as a liquid. When sprayed on machinery, foam “clings” to vertical surfaces, allowing more effective cleaning with reduced wastage and run off.

As a liquid form, Liquid Hammer can be used to soak hand tools and forms.

Liquid Hammer is formulated for “on site” usage. It is safe for use in applications where containment measures are not available to collect run-off. Equipment can be cleaned without fear of environmental hazards.

Liquid Hammer FAQ

WHAT DOES LIQUID HAMMER DO?

Liquid Hammer reverses the hardening of cement and concrete. It rehydrates the mortar, concrete, cement, hard water stains and more back into a paste.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP IT ON MY EQUIPMENT?

Liquid Hammer can be left on your equipment for as long as you want and you can apply as often as you want to remove concrete.  Even make a bath to soak your tools!

WILL LIQUID HAMMER AFFECT MY PAINTWORK?

No.  Liquid Hammer id non-corrosive so it will not damage your equipment.  It has been tested on painted surfaces, wood, glass and metal surfaces.  We recommend, however, that you test a small patch first to assure you that it will work as designed.

WILL LIQUID HAMMER WORK ON OLD CONCRETE AS WELL AS NEW?

Yes.  Old concrete is harder and stronger than new concrete.  Moderate to sever build up may require regular applications over a period of days or weeks.

SHOULD I DILUTE LIQUID HAMMER?

Yes.  We recommend dilution with water as this helps keep the surface moist.  For old concrete use a water to concentrate ratio of 1:1.  For frech concrete use a 3:1 ratio.

SHOULD I WEAR SAFETY GEAR?

Liquid Hammer is non-corrosive and very mild to the skin, however, gloves and eye protection should be worn to protect the user, as with any cleaning product.
