This unique system gives the contractor an option of monolith pours, while adhering to the designer’s specification, with a product that will not bend, flex or fall over during concrete placement.
T-Form is fabricated in easy to handle 3 metre lengths and comes complete with dowels, sleeves, fixing pins and splices in one complete assembly.
It is simply dropped into place and set to height. Once installed no other action is required by the contractor as T-Form is left in place, so there is no formwork stripping or oiling is needed.
T-Form is suitable to floor joints and areas where no joint protection is required from spalling, or where rapid installation is required.
T-Form has been designed by Lesa’s in house engineers to combat a growing market resistance to light roll formed products such as metal Key Joints (which we also sell). Key Joints, (unless made with timber, and then can’t be used in mono pours), do not stand up to the commercial / industrial floor markets punishment, and have a reputation of being flimsy and unstable which cause all sorts of issues on the day of the pour, not to mention the expensive remedial work to bad concrete joints and critical dowel alignment issues.
