A High-penetration two-part hybrid urethane that combines with manufactured sand to form a tough instant polymer concrete.
Repair cracks and spalls to a smooth finish in a fraction of the time it takes with ordinary products!
Roadware 10 Minute Concrete Mender is a revolutionary two-part hybrid urethane for repairing concrete. It’s nearly water thin for deep penetration and it won’t pop out like epoxy because it never gets brittle.
In just minutes after application, Concrete Mender™ cures to a tough 4500 psi polymer concrete that transfers heavy loads throughout the repair area. No more pop outs
Structural Polyurethane—This polyurethane-based material is specifically formulated to restore the structural integrity and aggregate interlock of distressed concrete.
It achieves this by utilizing low surface tension and low viscosity, allowing it to effectively penetrate concrete surfaces. The polymer chains in this material cross-link and bond directly with the concrete-aggregate matrix. This bonding process exploits capillary forces to help self-inject polymer chains into the surrounding concrete.
The structural polyurethane should have a modulus of elasticity lower than that of the surrounding concrete and should not become brittle over time. Additionally, this material can be combined with manufactured sand to create a polymer concrete compatible with Portland Cement Concrete (PCC). This combination can be used for structurally repairing concrete cracks and spalls.
